When the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the air inlet, it first passes through the gas distribution device to achieve uniform flow, and then the dust-laden airflow moves upward. Under the interception, inertial collision, diffusion, and electrostatic adsorption of the filter bag surface, most of the dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, while the purified gas passes through the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through the fan. For dust particles with a particle size of 0.5 microns and above, the dust removal rate of the DMC series dust collector can reach more than 99.5%, which can easily meet the strictest industrial dust emission standards at home and abroad. This high-efficiency dust removal effect not only keeps the production workshop clean but also prevents dust from adhering to precision equipment, effectively reducing equipment failure rates.

The frame of the dust collector is made of thickened steel plates, which has strong load-bearing capacity and can withstand the pressure impact during long-term operation. This system uses compressed air to perform timed or constant-differential cleaning on the filter bags, which can quickly and effectively remove the dust layer on the filter bag surface without damaging the filter bag. Even in continuous high-load operation scenarios, the equipment can maintain stable dust removal performance, with an annual operation rate of more than 95%, greatly reducing unplanned production shutdowns caused by dust collector failures.
Strong adaptability enables the DMC series dust collector to meet the diverse needs of different industries. The series covers a wide range of models, with air handling capacity ranging from several thousand cubic meters per hour to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters per hour, which can be matched with production lines of different scales. For high-temperature dust scenarios in the metallurgical and power industries, the DMC series can be equipped with high-temperature resistant filter bags (such as glass fiber filter bags) that can withstand temperatures up to 260°C, ensuring normal operation under high-temperature conditions. For the food and pharmaceutical industries that have strict requirements for hygiene, the equipment can be made of stainless steel materials, and the inner wall is polished to avoid dust accumulation and bacterial growth, meeting the hygiene standards of related industries. In addition, for explosive dust in the chemical and grain processing industries, the DMC series can be equipped with anti-static filter bags and explosion-proof fans, effectively eliminating safety hazards.
